An open-source team operating system for product work, built in Claude Code.
Most teams use AI every day, but each person uses it their own way. OS-Intelligence gives a product team one shared place to keep its knowledge, share what it learns and decide with sources: meetings, PRDs and decisions synthesised into current context, agent memory in files, and evals to check the answers.

From founding team to enterprise
I have built product as the second person in a start-up and changed how Fortune 500 product organisations work. I do my best work where vision and practice are still being shaped. I move fast, take ambiguity in stride, and care about outcomes more than process.
AI-native product, shipped with Claude Code and Codex
I work in Claude Code every day. Not for slide decks. For shipping. Three AI-native systems built on it: OS-Intelligence (an open-source team operating system for product work that runs in both Claude Code and Codex), a stakeholder intelligence app, and an automated job search pipeline.
I build the systems, ship the code, measure what changes, then bring the workflows into product teams.
Context engineering and evals
The thing that separates AI products that work from ones that don't is context. I design the memory layers, the skills and the evals that make AI agents reliable, and test them in the open with OS-Intelligence.
